Fixed pricing on Tiers 1 and 2 means you know exactly what you're committing before we start. No scope creep, no hidden hours. Implementation is billed on a time & materials basis with a clear estimated effort agreed upfront — because real-world projects need flexibility.

All engagements begin with a free 45-minute scoping call so we can size the work fairly and make sure we're the right fit for your business.

Do I have to buy all three tiers? +
No. Each tier is available independently. That said, Tiers 2 and 3 are significantly more valuable when built on the outputs of the previous stage. We'll always advise the approach that makes most sense for your situation.
How are fixed prices determined? +
We scope each engagement during a free initial call and provide a fixed price before any work begins. Pricing scales with the complexity and size of your business — the figures shown are starting points for typical SME engagements.
We're not very technical — is that a problem? +
Not at all. Aifficiency is built specifically for SMEs who are not AI-native. We translate complex technology into plain business language and focus on practical outcomes, not technical jargon.
What industries do you work with? +
We work across industries — professional services, retail, logistics, hospitality, manufacturing, and more. If you have business processes, there are almost certainly AI opportunities worth exploring.
How does the time and materials model work for Implementation? +
We agree an estimated day range and a day rate before the engagement begins. You'll receive weekly timesheets and can pause or extend as needed. We don't start the clock until scope is agreed.
